Restoration Inner-City Ministries is an urban outreach ministry started by James and Judith Mosley in 2002.
The first outreach given by RICM was held at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church during the Thanksgiving holiday of 2002. A minister's prayer group was established at Grace Lutheran as a result of the outreach.
In December 2002 James and Judith Mosley and Restoration Inner City Ministries were commissioned by their church South Philadelphia Bible Fellowship, Ronald Parks Pastor. In April 2003 an Easter outreach was given at the Mantua Haverford Community Center. RICM has also taken the opportunity to minister to adolescent girls on Tuesday evenings at the center.
This summer we supplied three Vacation Bible School teachers for Grace Lutheran. We also partnered with Grace Lutheran in their Touch of Grace Open Air services on Wednesdays during the month of August.
Restoration Inner-City Ministries has reached almost 500 people with the Gospel. There have been seventy professions of faith. We have distributed Bibles, countless items of clothing and hundreds of bags of food. We also go out on Saturdays to evangelize the Mantua section of West Philadelphia where the Lord has called us to work. Just recently we have been blessed with 30 working computers with which we wish to set up a community computer lab.
